Mukuru Riparian Situational Analysis

This study was undertaken to assess the water flow from Mukuru into the Ngong River,

further damage. Findings reveal that solid waste dumping hinders proper drainage, as it
clogs the soil, preventing water absorption and increasing flood risks. The study
identified critical problem areas along the river that require urgent intervention to
prevent further degradation.
